Terry v. Green

Appeal from two judgments in negligence actions. The point raised by the appellant is that the plaintiffs were guilty of contributory negligence as a matter of law, and that the defendant was free from negligence. The evidence presented questions of fact, and [those questions] were properly submitted to the jury, which has found for the plaintiffs.
