Order entered August 4, 1938, so far as appealed from, and order entered August 9, 1938, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, with leave to the defendants, as executors and individually, to serve amended answers within ten days after service of order upon payment of said costs and the costs of motion awarded by the court at Special Term.
