Claim of Stern v. Camp Blue Ridge
Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York · Decided November 15, 1939
258 A.D. 833; 16 N.Y.S.2d 525; 1939 N.Y. App. Div. LEXIS 7157
Claim of Stern v. Camp Blue Ridge

Opinion of the Court

Claimant appeals as a poor person from the decision of the State Industrial Board, filed April 25, 1939, rescinding an award granted by a referee and disallowing her claim on the ground of lack of jurisdiction. The *834evidence in the record supports the findings of the State Industrial Board and the decision should be affirmed, without costs. Decision affirmed. Crapser, Bliss, Heffernan and Foster, JJ., concur; Hill, P. J., dissents.
