Stanley v. Chris-Craft Corp.

In an action for damages for breach of contract, plaintiff recovered a verdict for $2,500. The court reserved decision on defendant’s motions to dismiss the complaint and for a directed verdict, and subsequently set aside the verdict and dismissed the complaint. Order setting aside verdict for plaintiff and dismissing the complaint, and judgment entered thereon unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P.
