Judgment of a city magistrate, sitting as a Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting the defendant of the crime of leaving the scene of an accident (Vehicle and Traffic Law, ยง 70, subd. 5-a), and sentencing him to pay a fine of $100, or in default of payment, to a term of imprisonment for thirty days in the City Prison, unanimously affirmed.
