Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. Memorandum: In our opinion the verdict of the jury is amply supported by the evidence. We have examined the errors complained of and find none of a prejudicial character. All concur. (The judgment is for defendant in an action for damages for personal injuries sustained by reason of contracting silicosis. The order denies a motion for a new trial.) Present — Crosby, P.
