Haynes v. Service Taxicab Corp.

Appeal, by permission, by two out of four defendants, in an action for damages for personal injuries, from an order of the Appellate Term (a) reversing an order of the Municipal Court of the City of New York, Borough of Queens, which set aside a verdict for plaintiff and granted a new trial, and (b) reinstating the verdict.
