In an action to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained through defendant’s negligence, order of the Appellate Term reversing the summary judgment of the Municipal Court of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, which dismissed the complaint, and the order upon which it was made, and denying defendant’s motion for summary judgment, unanimously affirmed, with costs.
