Brixner v. Railway Express Agency, Inc.

Action to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by the plaintiff-wife as a consequence of her fall, due to the collapse of a wooden platform or step upon the appellant’s premises. Companion action of the plaintiff-husband for expenses and loss of services. Judgment for the plaintiffs, and order denying motion to set aside the verdict and for a new trial, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P.
