Appeal from a judgment of the Court of Claims for the sum of $450. The evidence supports the contention of the respondent that no proper warning was given of the condition of the road. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. Present — Hill, P. J., Crapser Bliss, Heffernan and Schenck, JJ. [178 Misc. 180.]
