Joyce v. Shell Co. of Yugoslavia

Appeal by Israel A. Needleman from an order denying his motion to direct the Sheriff of the City of New York, Kings County Division, to refund the sum of $16,448.94 out of moneys in the Sheriff’s possession by reason of a sale made by him to appellant of certain oil and petrolatum. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to respondent Herbert J. Joyce. No opinion. Close, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Taylor' and Lewis, JJ., concur.
