Vanguard Military Equipment Corp. v. Schulein

Order unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements to the respondent, with leave to the plaintiff to reply to the counterclaims contained in the third amended answer of defendant Schulein, and with leave to the impleaded defendants to answer the three causes of action against them contained in said answer, within ten days after service of order, on payment of said costs.
