Order of the Appellate Term, affirming a judgment of the City Court of the City of New York, Queens County, in favor of plaintiff for $1,336, after a trial without a jury, and an order striking out the second and third defenses in defendant’s answer as insufficient in law, unanimously affirmed, with costs.
