Claim of Miller v. Le Roy Robinson
Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York · Decided March 15, 1944
267 A.D. 930; 47 N.Y.S.2d 609; 1944 N.Y. App. Div. LEXIS 5563
Claim of Miller v. Le Roy Robinson

Opinion of the Court

— Appeal by employer and insurance carrier from an award of the State Industrial Board in favor of claimant. The Board found that the injuries sustained by claimant were accidental injuries and arose out of and in the course of bis employment. There is ample evidence to sustain the finding of the State Industrial Board and the award should be affirmed. Award affirmed, with costs to the State Industrial Board. All concur. [See post, p. 1008.]
