People v. Walsh

Appeal by the People from an order and judgment of the County Court of Westchester County granting, at the end of the People’s case, a motion of the defendant and dismissing an indictment which charged the defendant with the violation of section 1826 of the Penal Law, and directing his discharge from custody.
