People v. Nadelson

Judgment of conviction unanimously reversed, the complaint dismissed and the fine remitted, on the ground that the People failed to prove the appellant guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. (See People v. Biehardson, 287 N. Y. 563.) Present — Martin, P. J., Townley, Glennon, Untermyer , and Dore, JJ.
