Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. All concur, except Larkin, J., not voting. (The judgment is for plaintiff in an action for damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff by reason of the breaking of a railing on which plaintiff was resting her hand, causing plaintiff to be thrown down several steps.
