Order reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, without costs, in view of the decision in the companion case of New York Life Ins. Go. v. Christiana {ante, p. 1046, decided herewith). All concur. (The order grants defendants’ ^motion for a stay of the trial in equity term pending trial and determination of framed issues by a jury.)
