People v. Thompson

Judgment of a city magistrate, holding a Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting defendant of the crime of violating section 65 of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law (permitting sale of liquor to intoxicated persons), and sentencing him to pay a finé of $100 or, in default of payment, to serve thirty days in the city prison, unanimously affirmed.
