Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified by granting an examination as to the additional items “ 5 ”, “ 6 ”, “ 7 ”, “ 8 ”, “ 9 ”, “ 10 ”, “ 12 ”, “ 19 ” and “ 20 ” of the notice of motion, and as so modified affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements to the appellant.
