On argument, judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Queens, convicting defendant, on his plea of guilty, of the crime of violating subdivision 1 of section 1141 of the Penal Law (possession of lewd and obscene pictures, etc.), and sentencing him to imprisonment in the New York City Penitentiary for a term of one year, unanimously affirmed. Present — Close, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ.
