Appeal from a judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting defendant of a violation of section 1140 of the Penal Law and sentencing him to pay a fine of $100 or to serve a term of thirty days in jail, and an additional term of imprisonment of six months, execution of which latter term was suspended. Judgment' unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Acting P. J., Cars-well, Johnston, Adel and Lewis, JJ.
