Order modified by eliminating the stay of proceedings for the examination and inspection of all the books, papers, records, contracts and documents of the copartnership known under the style or firm name of Leo-Tex Company pending arbitration, and as so modified affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant.
