Opinion of the Court

In a proceeding in the Surrogate’s Court, Kings County, to settle administrators’ accounts, the decree adjudges that the appellant is not the owner of a mortgage on real property to which.he made claim, and dismisses his objection to the account, which does not refer to his mortgage. Decree unanimously affirmed, with one bill of costs to respondents, payable out of the estate. No opinion. Present — Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ.
