In an action to recover alleged overtime compensation, liquidated damages, and an attorney’s fee, pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (U. S. Code, tit. 29, § 201 et seq.), order of the Appellate Term, reversing a judgment of the City Court of the City of New York, Queens County, and dismissing the plaintiff’s complaint, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Nolan, JJ.
