Decree, so far as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with *842costs to the respondent the City of New York against the appellant estate of Isaac G. Johnson. Order unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondents Villa Charlotte Bronte and Zora Realty Company against the appellant the City of New York. No opinion.
