Larsen v. Long Island Railroad

In an action to recover damages for the wrongful death of plaintiff’s intestate, who was struck by defendant’s train when he was on a trestle at or near" a drawbridge, engaged *797in making repairs to the trestle, the jury rendered a verdict for plaintiff for $50,000.
