— Order, denying in part plaintiff’s motion to abbreviate a proposed case on appeal, modified on the law and the facts by providing that the photographs, plaintiff’s Exhibits 1 and 2, and the photographs submitted on the motion for reargument, may be submitted in lieu of printing.
