Deutsch v. Deutsch

Order, so far as appealed from, modified by granting the motion to the extent of awarding plaintiff the sum of $50 a week for her support and maintenance during the pendency of this action, and the sum of $500 as counsel fee, and as so modified affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant.
