Belle v. Gorman

Belle v. Gorman
Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York · Decided November 13, 1946
271 A.D.2d 849
Belle v. Gorman

Opinion of the Court

Defendant Margaret Brassell has appealed from an order of the Albany Special Term, entered in the clerk’s office of that county on April 6, 1945, insofar as the city was made a party to the action and also insofar as the order directed the receiver to pay out of the funds in his hands the sum of $1,897.71 to the City of Cohoes on account of taxes due the city. The Special Term properly made the order in question. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. All concur.
