Opinion of the Court

In an action by plaintiff husband to recover from defendant wife certain moneys, real property and an automobile, the court found, after trial, that the property had been delivered to defendant wife to hold in trust, to be returned upon demand, and awarded judgment to the plaintiff for its return. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Appeal from decision dismissed, without costs. Present — Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ.
