On all the facts disclosed, the order appealed from is unanimously reversed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant, and the motion to consolidate granted (Civ. Prae. Act, § 1426-a). The terms and conditions fixed pursuant to the stipulation and the stay granted by this court shall be continued pending *967entry of judgment on the trial of the action. Settle order on notice.
