Motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals denied. Motion of plaintiff to vacate a stay granted to the extent of vacating the stay set forth in the order to show cause made July 23,1946, to the extent of permitting the wife to proceed with her action for separation, and otherwise denied, without costs. Motion to direct the attorneys for defendant to reveal the present address of the defendant granted. Present — Lewis, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Nolan, JJ. [See ante, p. 882.]
