Opinion of the Court

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court of Nassau County convicting him of the crime of burglary in the third degree, for which he was sentenced as a second offender to imprisonment for not less than ten and not more than twenty years in State’s prison, and from certain orders. Judgment and orders, insofar as appealed from, unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ.
