Order unanimously modified to the extent of granting the motion to strike paragraphs second, third and seventh, the words that as a result of said pressure ” and “upon the evidence of adultery furnished by the defendant himself” in the fourth paragraph, and “divorce plaintiff and” in paragraph fifty-sixth of the complaint, and, as so modified, affirmed, without costs.
