Davison v. Charpentier

Action to recover the agreed price and reasonable value of legal services rendered, and to set aside certain conveyances of real property as being fraudulent and void as to the plaintiff. Plaintiff appeals from so much of the judgment as dismissed his complaint in respect of the alleged fraudulent conveyances. Judgment, insofar as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
