Buie 232 of the Buies of Civil Practice provides: “ Exhibits on a trial * * * need not be printed at length unless the judge or referee so direct * * The motion in this court should be denied and the parties directed to take such steps in the Surrogate’s Court of Albany County as they may be advised for a settlement of the record.
