Opinion of the Court

Action to have certain uniform ordinances of the Towns of Rorth Hempstead, Hempstead and Oyster Bay regulating *922the removal of topsoil in those respective towns declared unconstitutional and void. After trial by the court without a jury, the ordinances were sustained as valid. Judgments for the defendants unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Acting P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Sneed, JJ.
