In a proceeding under subdivision 6 of section 1411 of the Civil Practice Act, to dispossess a former owner-mortgagor after a sale in foreclosure and delivery of the referee’s deed therein, order of the Appellate Term reversing a final order of the Municipal Court of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, and directing judgment in favor of respondent, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lewis, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Sneed, JJ.
