Appeal from a final order dismissing a petition for an order of mandamus to require the Board of Acquisition and Contract and the Board of Supervisors of Westchester County to award a contract for the sale of certain real estate to petitioner and to restrain said boards from attempting to resell the property or to readvertise for bids. Order unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Present — Carswell, Acting P. J., Johnston, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ. •
