Campbell v. House
Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York · Decided September 24, 1948

Campbell v. House

Opinion of the Court

Appeal from judgments entered on the verdicts of a jury in favor of the respondents in an action for negligence, and from orders denying motions for a new trial. The plaintiffs were passengers in an automobile driven by one of the appellants and owned by the other. The evidence sustains the verdict. Judgment and order unanimously affirmed, with one bill of costs to be divided between the respondents, and disbursements. Present — Hill, P. J., Heffernan, Brewster, Russell and Deyo, JJ.
