Action to recover for property damage to plaintiff’s vehicle as a consequence of a collision with it by a bus operated by the defendant. Order of the Appellate Term affirming a judgment of the Municipal Court of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, entered on the verdict of a jury in favor of the plaintiff, unanimously affirmed, with costs.
