Action to recover damages for the alleged unauthorized use by defendant of photographs of plaintiffs and their daughter, taken by defendant while employed so to do by plaintiffs. Order directing examination of defendant and the production of records upon the examination, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, the examination to proceed upon five days’ notice. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P. J., Johnston, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
