Claim of Colombo v. Bausch & Lomb Optical Co.
Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York · Decided January 19, 1949
274 A.D. 1080; 86 N.Y.S.2d 290; 1949 N.Y. App. Div. LEXIS 6144
Claim of Colombo v. Bausch & Lomb Optical Co.

Opinion of the Court

Appeal by claimant from a decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Board which reversed a decision of the referee and disallowed a claim of compensation. There is sufficient evidence to support the board’s conclusion that the accident did not aggravate a pre-existing psychoneurosis from which the claimant was suffering or produce any disability. Decision unanimously affirmed, without costs. Present — Foster, P. J., Heffernan, Deyo, Santry and Bergan, JJ.
