Morgan v. Herzog

P., Cohn, Callahan, Yan Yoorhis and Shientag, JJ.; Yan Yoorhis and Shientag, JJ., dissent and vote to modify so as to direct payment to Lewis McComb Herzog, Sr., of the sum of $2,500 for each of the minor children, said sum to be used by him for the support of the minor children, according to the separation agreement, for such time as he has their legal custody.
