Opinion of the Court
In an action to recover damages for an alleged breach of contract, plaintiff appeals from two orders, one of which denied her motion for an examination before trial of the defendant, as an adverse party, and the other of which denied her motion for the issuance of a commission to take the testimony of a witness in the State of Rhode Island. The latter motion was denied without prejudice to renewal. Defendant appeals from an order granting a discovery and inspection of a contract in the defendant’s possession.
