People v. Rao

Appeal by the People from an order of the County Court of Kings County, dismissing the indictment 1955/1947 against this respondent. Order modified on the law by inserting a provision denying the motion to dismiss counts 1 and 3 of the indictment. As so modified, the order, insofar as appealed from, is affirmed. See People v.
