People v. Guay

Opinion of the Court

Appeal from the judgment of the County Court of St. Lawrence County which convicted the defendants-appellants of the crime of grand larceny in the first degree. The evidence amply sustains the judgment under appeal. The amendment of the indictment was authorized. (Code Grim. Pro., ยง 281.) We feel we may not properly say that the sentences were excessive. Judgment of conviction unanimously affirmed. Present โ€” Foster, P. J., Heffernan, Brewster, Bergan and Coon, JJ.
