Claim of Moses v. Mrs. Dixon's Products Co.

Appeal by an employer and its insurance carrier from an award of disability compensation made by the Workmen’s Compensation Board. The sole issue on appeal is the claim of appellants that the award for reduced earnings was improperly made. Only questions of fact are involved and there is evidence to sustain the determination of the board. Award unanimously affirmed, with costs to the Workmen’s Compensation Board. Present — Foster, P.
