Upon reargument, order affirmed, without costs of this appeal to any party, on the authority *838of Múlleme V. Central Hanover Bank & Trust Co. (339 U. S. 306). All concur. (The order adjudges that the Surrogate’s Court lacked jurisdiction to settle petitioner’s account and dismisses the proceeding.) Present — Taylor, P. J., McCurn, Love, Vaughan and Piper, JJ.
